Nissan R34 Skyline Finally Legal to Import to U.S.
The R34 Skyline GT-R from Nissan has captivated automotive enthusiasts for quite some time, but it never officially made its way to the United States. This legendary supercar made its debut in 1998 and remained in production until 2002, yet it was never imported or sold within the American market. However, the absence of the R34 Skyline on U.S. roads did not dampen the dreams of countless enthusiasts who have longed for the opportunity to own one.
Nissan announced they include older model years and select non-Nissan vehicles in their Certified Pre-Owned program. This is an excellent decision by Nissan because it not only gives them more selection of cars, but it enables those who don't have the means to buy new cars to purchase one without the high price tag.
Nissan announced today the introduction of two new concept vehicles for this year's Fuji 24-Hour Race. The new cars, dubbed the Z Racing Concept, are designed to reflect Nissan's racing heritage and will be competing in the GT3 class. Details on performance and specifications have not yet been released. Both cars are scheduled to make their race debut at Fuji. Stay tuned for updates!
