Nissan Armada and Murano Named Segment Winners in J.D. Power 2026 APEAL Study
Winning their respective segments in J.D. Power’s 2026 APEAL Study, the Nissan Armada and Nissan Murano have proven their appeal among modern drivers. The Armada finished in a tie for first place in the Large SUV class, and the Murano captured the top position for Midsize SUVs. The evaluation compiles driver impressions during the first 90 days of vehicle ownership, focusing on key elements like design, performance, usability, and passenger comfort.
Nissan has officially commenced production of the 2025 Murano at its Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee. The milestone was celebrated by Nissan executives, community leaders, and manufacturing employees as they proudly watched the first 2025 model roll off the assembly line. This achievement reflects the team’s dedication and hard work in bringing Nissan’s redesigned midsize crossover to life. The new Murano is expected to arrive at dealerships in early 2025.
