What's New For The 2019 Nissan LEAF

When Nissan released the LEAF in 2010, it was an immediate hit among environmentally-conscious drivers. As an all-electric car with an appealing design and numerous thoughtful features, the LEAF covers all of your bases. The 2019 Nissan LEAF is a second-generation model, and it is a five-passenger hatchback car. As you explore the all-electric vehicles on the market, you may be wondering what the differences are between the 2018 and 2019 model years. The 2019 LEAF has many of the same features you will find in the 2018 model, but there are a few updates. For example, the new LEAF now has automated ProPilot cruise control, a single-pedal driving mode and rear door assist. The interior and exterior style is untouched from last year. During your visit to our Nissan dealership, you can get to know more about this all-electric car with a test drive.

Trim Differences

As you explore the many features loaded into the LEAF, you will see that the 2019 model year is broken into three trim levels. The current trims available for you to choose from are the S, the SV and the SL. You may be thrilled to learn that the S trim is well-equipped with many of the features that you may be looking for. These include a rearview monitor, a 5-inch color display screen for the infotainment system, cruise control, a 7-inch driver's display screen, power windows, remote door locks, a push-button ignition, automatic temperature control and a few additional features. The mid-level SV trim adds onto the S features and includes a larger 7-inch infotainment display screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, 17-inch alloy wheels with a machine finish and a navigation system. If you select the SL trim for 2019, your LEAF will include an energy-efficient Bose sound system, leather interior, a surround-view monitor and other features. We are available to answer your questions about differences between the trims during your test drive visit.
