The 2023 Rogue uses a 1.5L variable compression turbo engine that gives 225 lb-ft of torque and 201 hp. The variable compression turbo engine changes seamlessly to provide power and efficiency.
The engine's technology lowers the compression ratio when accelerating to produce more power. It increases the compression ratio when you ease on the accelerator to slow the car.
The vehicle uses the Xtronic continuously variable transmission, which has reduced internal friction and maximizes fuel efficiency. The 2023 Rogue consumes 37 mpg during a highway cruise and 30 mpg when city driving.
