What's New For the 2020 Nissan Murano?
The 2020 Nissan Murano, featuring seating for five, is lighter and sleeker compared to previous years' models. A few updates were made to the 2020 Nissan Murano. This year, every trim can now be equipped with a Nissan Safety Shield 360 system. Meanwhile, Super Black joins the list of available paint options.

2020 Murano Trims & Features
The 2020 Nissan Murano is offered in four trims: S, SV, SL, and Platinum. Even the base Murano S comes loaded with a lot of features. Expect the NissanConnect infotainment system to become one of your favorite features. It features an 8.0-inch touchscreen with voice recognition technology. Meanwhile, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto give you easy access to your favorite smartphone apps.
A step above the base model is the Murano SV. It adds power-adjustable front seats and remote start. If you desire even more luxury, opt for the SV trim's Premium package. Some of the highlights include synthetic leather upholstery, a dual-panel sunroof, and a 360-degree Around View Monitor parking camera.
Moving up, the leather-appointed Murano SL rewards you with a greater number of premium features. While music fans will love the 11-speaker Bose sound system, travelers will appreciate the SL trim's built-in navigations system. Heated front and rear seats also come standard. Atop the lineup sits the ultra-plush Murano Platinum. It's the only trim that features ventilated front seats and diamond-quilted leather upholstery.
2020 Nissan Murano Horsepower
Every new 2020 Nissan Murano comes equipped with the same muscular powertrain. Motivation comes from Nissan's 3.5-liter, DOHC V6 engine. It's tuned to develop a stout 260 horsepower, which enables you to experience on-demand performance. A continuous variable transmission aids fuel efficiency. While front-wheel drive is standard, every trim offers an intelligent AWD system as an option.
2020 Nissan Murano Safety
Safety is clearly a big priority for the 2020 Nissan Murano. Its excellent impact protection helps your family to remain secure. When crash-tested by the NHTSA, the Murano scored a five-star overall safety rating. You'll also be thankful for the Murano's valuable accident-avoidance technologies. Automatic emergency braking is standard, which helps you to avoid road hazards on an everyday basis. Parents will appreciate the Rear-Seat Reminder system. This feature helps make sure children and pets are never left behind in a hot vehicle. Nissan Safety Shield 360 brings even more advanced driving aids, including blind-spot monitoring and lane-keep assist.
