What's New for the 2018 Nissan Altima?

The Nissan Altima body style is undeniably well-crafted, and this may be one of the top reasons why you are taking a closer look at what the 2018 Altima offers for your next sedan purchase. The good news is that the exterior design that you may already love has not changed for 2018. You can even make a selection from six eye-catching colors for the exterior. The primary changes that you will find between last year's Altima and the new 2018 model are found inside the car. All six of the 2018 Nissan Altima trims now have a safety feature with autonomous brakes connected to a forward collision advanced warning system. They also all come with adaptive cruise control. Auto buyers who purchase the highest trim level, which is the 3.5 SL, will also benefit from an integration system that pairs your smartphone seamlessly with the car's system.

Lower trim levels have cloth seats, and this includes the 2.5 S, the 2.5 SR and the SR Special Edition. Some of the higher end trim levels are the SR Midnight Edition, the 2.5 SV and the 3.5 SL. Some higher end trims have leather seats as a standard feature. You can more easily compare the features in different trim levels when you head to a nearby Nissan dealership to see the trims in person.
